Brabus
Once a bandit, in fact the leader of the Mudders gang, Brabus has changed his ways and is now a welcomed member of Ward 13. He's also Mudtooth's son. Though he has forsaken his life of banditry, he maintains his rough edges. Still, he'll sell you a wide variety of weapons...for the right price.
