Obtain the Profane Soul Stone by submitting to The Emissary in the Infested Abyss on Yaesha, then speaking to The Keeper in Labyrinth. He will notice something unclean in your possession and offer to cleanse it. Accept his offer and he converts the Profane Soul Stone to the Soul Stone.
