Obtain by submitting to The Emissary in the Infested Abyss on Yaesha. Note that, if you speak to The Keeper in Labyrinth with the Profane Soul Stone in your inventory, he offers to cleanse it. If you desire to keep the Profane Soul Stone, refuse to let him do so. The Profane Soul Stone becomes the Soul Stone when cleansed.
