The Ritualist is an archetype that manipulates Negative Status Effects to inflict huge amounts of damage to enemies.

Starting Traits

New Ritualist characters start with the following Traits:

Eruption

Eruption Creates 15 meter explosion for 50 damage on all enemies within 1 meter. Explosion Radius and Damage increases 100% for each unique Status Effect on the target. Refreshes all current Status Effects on the target.

Cooldown: 40 seconds

Eruption is a Ritualist skill that unlocks at Ritualist level 0.

Miasma

Miasma Casts an AOE burst that applies BLEEDING, BURNING, OVERLOADED, and CORRODED to all enemies within 15 meters, and dealing a total 576 base damage. Lasts 16 seconds.

Cooldown: 43.2 seconds

Miasma is a Ritualist skill unlocked at Ritualist level 5.

Deathwish

Deathwish Negates all healing to self. Drain 300% Health over 20 seconds. Increases all damage by 50% and grants 10% Base Damage dealt as Lifesteal.

Cooldown: 86.4 seconds

Deathwish is a Ritualist skill unlocked at Ritualist level 10.

Negative Status Effects applied by Ritualist inflict Infected.

Infected: Victim receives 15% more Status Effect damage. On death, spreads all statuses to nearby enemies within 22.5 meters.

Terrify is the Ritualist archetype Team Perk.

Killing an enemy applies TERRIFIED to all enemies within 5 meters of killed entity for 20 seconds. TERRIFIED enemies are more likely to drop additional Ammo on death.

TERRIFIED enemies deal 5% less damage.
