Required by Rigs at Ward 13 to upgrade weapons to their maximum level and by Wallace at Ward 13 to upgrade relic charges.

There are several ways to obtain Simulacrum. First, most biomes contain one Simulacrum that you find by exploring. Labyrinth and Root Earth are exceptions—neither of these contains Simulacrum.

Simulacrum is also a reward for defeating world bosses on Apocalypse difficulty.

Finally, Cass at Ward 13 offers for sale exactly one Simulacrum per character.
