Find in Labyrinth. From the Entangled Gauntlet World Stone, walk past the two, large statues and all the way to the back edge of the platform. As you pass the long, narrow stairs on your left, look left to see the Runed Heart (and be careful as you approach it).
Lore
The runes glow in such an eager way, you feel as though they are trying to reach out, whispering at the edges of your consciousness in a language you can't comprehend.
