The Eon Vault

From Skillet's Remnant Wiki

If you entered N'Erud at the Forgotten Prison, The Eon Vault is in your roll. As with other N'Erud world areas, it is a Surface environment. This place is home to a pair of vaults crucial to the Drzyr on their journey to Alepsis Taura. This section describes various points of interest in The Eon Vault.

If you're having trouble advancing in your N'Erud quest and your map's Primary Objective marker is on The Eon Vault, visit The Eon Vault itself. Inside is the Quest Item you need to continue the story here.

The Empty Vault

The Empty Vault is built into what looks like a large mound with a huge, open, trapezoidal entrance that looks something like a pyramid with its top cut off. The structure is identical to The Eon Vault except the great chasm, surrounded by stalagmites, that has opened in the entrance to The Empty Vault:

Entrance to the Empty Vault

Walk down the slope into the entrance and use the control panel to open the large airlock door.

Head to the elevator and ride it down to find a broken airlock. Pass through and into a chamber to find a glowing, purple item, the Stasis Core:

As you walk to the purple item, Drzyr Zombies pop up and attack. Clear them out, then go pick up the item, the Stasis Core.

Leave the vault the way you entered, but the fighting isn't quite over. As you walk out the huge, main door near the chasm, more Drzyr Zombies emerge from the dust and attack. Take care of them and continue with your adventuring.

The Eon Vault

The Eon Vault, the structure that gives this area its name, lies inside a great, pyramid-like structure built into a mound at (more or less) one end of The Eon Vault area map. It looks almost exactly like The Empty Vault, but there is no chasm at the entrance to this building:

Before you head in, check the top and back of the hill surrounding the large entrance for Simulacrum:

Once inside, use the control panel to open the large airlock door:

Inside is an elevator. Take it down and pass through an airlock and into the vault, where you'll see a large tank filled with a green substance. Just below the tank is a Quest Item, the Soul Spark Cylinder:

There is also a voice recorder on the right just before you get to the tank. Give it a listen if you like, then grab the Soul Spark Cylinder.

As you walk back towards the airlock and the exit, Drzyr Zombies will emerge from the pools of black liquid on either side of the passage. You can fight them if you like, or simply saunter into the airlock and let the door seal them on the other side.

When the airlock opens, take the elevator back up to the entrance and go on your way. You are now ready to return to The Forgotten Prison to speak to Tal'Ratha.
