Heat Sink
Plasma Cutter comes with the Heat Sink permanent Weapon Mod.
Forces open Plasma Cutter's heat vents dispersing all heat. While active, Plasma Cutter generates 50% less heat, and ramping damage cap is increased to 3x Damage. Overheats automatically when deactivated. Lasts 20 seconds.

If a tool can be used to construct a machine, then it can also be used to destroy one. The Plasma Cutter is one of the few weapons to receive the approval of all Drzyr—especially after the Custodian's rebellion, where destroying Drzyr machines became essential.
