Train Wreck
Automated trains move supplies around N'Erud. One of these has crashed thanks to a Gravitational Anomaly and left some valuable trinkets scattered among the wrecked cars.

Caution
There's nothing particularly difficult about the Train Wreck but you do need to know that, in the process of completing it, you will activate a Gravitational Anomaly. The Gravitational Anomaly is essentially a tiny black hole, like a mini Alepsis-Taura. If you get too close it sucks you in and kills you very quickly so, when you're anywhere near it, make sure you give it a wide berth. Once you activate the Gravitational Anomaly, it stays active and continuously pursues you. It isn't very fast, so you can easily outrun it as long as you don't get too close.
The Gravitational Anomaly gets more dangerous when you have to run from it while fighting a bunch of enemies. To avoid this situation, clear the rest of the dungeon where you find the Train Wreck before activating the Gravitational Anomaly (see below). If you leave the dungeon and return, it will still be there waiting to continue chasing you along with all of the enemies that respawn.
Walkthrough
Enter the Train Wreck at the dungeon's cargo platform, marked "Entrance" in the map above. Deal with the Robots guarding the entrance, then enter the first train car. Continue through it and into a second train car, where you'll have to fight two more Robots.
Exit the second train car. Another pair of Robots are just outside. One is patrolling the partially-buried platform straight ahead and the second patrols the downhill trail to the right. Once you've taken care of them, head down the trail to the right.
This short path leads to a pair of ledges that lead into a large chamber:
Step down to find the Ring of Deflection next to a floating ball. Be prepared to run when you pick up the ring. As soon as you grab it, the ball—the Gravitational Anomaly—activates and begins following you slowly but very surely.
Run past the Gravitational Anomaly, staying well clear of it, through the cavern and up a ledge on the opposite side. Run into another train car and quickly dispatch the two Sentry Robots waiting inside. On your way out the other side of the train car, look at the floor to the right to find the Focusing Shard. Scoop it up and jump out of the car to the ground below.
Climb up the ledge directly in front of you, then up another. Run across the partially buried platform, into the first cars you passed through and out of the area.
