Bloat King

Bloat King is a giant Bloat whose lair lies at the end of The Great Sewers Dungeon on Losomn. Key to Bloat King's power is a pair of large, floating, armored spheres. These periodically energize Bloat King and allow him to make devastating electrical attacks in the form of lightning-like bursts or sustained beams that sweep across the floor. To kill Bloat King, you'll need to damage these floating spheres.
