 Restricts Health to 50% and backfills with permanent Grey Health. All incoming damage is fully converted into Grey Health and Grey Health cannot be removed.

Reward for winning a game in Boss Rush mode on Nightmare difficulty.

Once unlocked, random find on N'Erud.
