The Forgotten Kingdom DLC
After not using the primary fire of a weapon for 10 seconds, All Damage is increased by 25%. Primary fire of a weapon instantly cancels the effect.
Obtain in the Ancient Canopy by speaking to Uuqul while under the effects of Lydusa's Curse.
Lore
The top of this ancient chisel is etched with a cryptic symbol that seems to ensorcell the tool with arcane power. Simply holding the chisel turns the hands off an amateur into those of a master.
