Mist Step is a special Evade that converts Health to Grey Health instead of using Stamina and gives characters a larger Evade Window and Evade Distance. It also looks pretty cool as your character disappears and reappears.
To use Misty Step, you must equip the Ring of Omens with one of six, compatible amulets. The Book of Omens (the book that tells you how to solve the puzzles at the Cathedral of Omens) gives you clues to which amulets will work. Additionally, the Blood Moon symbol on the ring is incorporated into the design of each compatible amulet.
