Innate 50% Use Speed bonus. On use, grants a SHIELD that prevents nearly all damage for 3 seconds.
Cannot prevent certain death mechanics.

This mummified heart last beat long, long ago. Underneath its cracked sarcophagus of a shell, the organ itself is only marginally singed, as the damning proof of its existence could never be fully concealed by the guilty, no matter how viciously they tried.
