The Forgotten Kingdom DLC
Ro'thinderahenwalt, or Walt as you thankfully know him, is a common Pan who rejected a life of servitude in favor of a life of adventure. He searches for the lost tribe of the Pan, and his quest has brought him to the Ancient Canopy, where he has discovered a series of murals telling the legend of Thanos, the king of the lost tribe and the secrets he found.
Walt has a limited selection of items for sale. Note that the Burden of the Mesmer is outlandishly priced, but if you return to Walt after defeating Lydusa, he gives you a "friend's discount" and offers it for 1,000 Scrap. As a further reward for returning to speak with him after you defeat Lydusa, Walt gives you the Feathery Binding ring.
