The Gunslinger is an archetype that specializes in the use of Firearms to lay down sustained fire on enemies with frightening quickness.

Engram

The Gunslinger engram is the Iron Cylinder.

Wallace at Ward 13 can use the Worn Cylinder to craft the Iron Cylinder.

Progression

The following table summarizes the benefits of attaining each new Gunslinger level. Each level brings new benefits. These include unlocking new Perks, unlocking access to new Skills, increasing bonuses granted by Perks and Skills, and gaining new Trait Points for your Archetype Skill.

Note that "XP" reflects the number of experience points you must earn since the previous level-up. For example, attaining level 2 requires 5,750 experience points on top of what you already earned to attain level 1. Thus, you must earn a grand total of 10,750 experience points to attain level 2. This way, the number you see in the table below should match the number you see in your character's Archetype Screen.

Starting Traits

New Gunslinger characters start with the following Traits:

Increases Ammo Reserves by 5% per Trait Point assigned. Increases Max Health by 3 per assigned Trait Point. Increases Max Stamina by 3 per assigned Trait Point. Increases Mod Power Generation by 2% per assigned Trait Point. Reduces Skill Cooldowns by 2% per Trait Point assigned.

Skills

Gunslinger characters have access to the following skills:

Quick Draw Sidewinder Bulletstorm
Pull out your trusty side piece and unload up to 6 Critical Shots from the hip. Each shot deals 52 base damage and double stagger value. Calls upon the power of the Desert Sidewinder snake to increase ADS Movement Speed by 50% and Draw/Swap Speed by 35%. Cycling weapons will automatically reload incoming Firearms. When a Weapon Swap provides Ammo to an incoming weapon, Duration is reduced by 6 seconds. Lasts 60 seconds. Unleashes the full power and speed of the Gunslinger. Increases Fire Rate 20% and Reload Speed 50% of all ranged weapons. Lasts 20 seconds.

Prime Relic Utility Team Damage
When activating any Gunslinger Skill, both weapons are instantly reloaded, and gain infinite ammo reserve on all weapons for 5 seconds. Using a Relic reloads equipped Firearm and increases Ranged Damage by 15% for 10 seconds. Firearms gain 10% Reload Speed. Ammo pickups award 20% additional ammo per player with the bonus split equally among teammates. Causes Ammo Box to drop additional ammo on the ground. Gain 1.5% Fire Rate, 2.5% Ranged Damage. Increases with Gunslinger level.
