Increases Skill damage by 25%. Activating a Skill grants HASTE for 15 seconds.
Obtained through the Wedding Statue injectable in a Malefic Realm (dark) dungeon on Losomn. Use the Plain Ribbon to bind the hands of the Fae in the sculpture, exit the dungeon, then return to the sculpture.
Lore
A Fae wedding ribbon, used ceremonially to symbolize the binding of two souls together.
Some couples use it for less ceremonial purposes as well.
