Disables negative effects of Burden Rings and increases Movement Speed by 5% for each Burden lifted. (Max 20%)
Obtain by speaking with the One True King and agreeing to kill Nimue, then speaking to Nimue and sparing her, then killing the One True King, then speaking to Nimue again.
