Increases Relic Healing Effectiveness by 30% which doubles when the wearer's Health is below 50%.
Obtain by returning the Ornate Lockbox, unopened, to The Eternal Empress on Yaesha.
Lore
The sigil of the Doe was reserved for those who embodied the Doe's spirit. It was a reward for the self-sacrificing, that they might do so a little longer.
